It’s that time of year again; one where many of us have the privilege of sitting around together and celebrating the holidays with family and friends.  I can’t help but think about those who are not so fortunate to be able to do this.  There are so many for whatever reasons.  Some are miles apart.  Some individuals come from small families and their family has passed on.  And for some…..for whatever reason, they are lost and have had their backs turned on them.  For whatever reason, it could be too many to list, my heart weighs heavy as I can’t help but think how while this is a time of coming together, many are left alone.

I was at my mother’s home today spending time with members of my family and I realized how important so many of you have become to me in my life.  I was thinking about those who have taken time in their lives this year to spend it with me here online.  I knew right then what my heart wanted me to do. 

It’s Christmas Eve as I write this and tomorrow I will be with my children and more family for the day.  I am also opening my home and family up to you who are reading this and may not have anyone to share the holiday with.  If you are alone through the holidays or just need a positive support through this time of year, I have opened my phone up as “The Holiday Texting Tree”.  What does that mean?  It means, you can send me a text tomorrow on Christmas day and I will gladly be there to share the holiday with you, support you and spend time with you.  With all my heart, I welcome you to text me – I open my home to you on this holiday and welcome you not being alone.
