I also listened to my body after just recently recuperating from a surgery a few months back. I have been pushing myself and I felt my body giving me messages that I was needing to slow down. So, I took Saturday evening and went to bed at 5pm. I laid in my bed, messed around on the computer and just relaxed. My body thanked me later.
